Il nostro Helpdesk telefonico è aperto dalle 15 alle 17 da lunedì a venerdì.

Nei giorni di erogazione TOLC, per chi deve sostenere il test, il nostro Helpdesk telefonico sarà aperto dalle ore 8:45 alle 13 e dalle 14 alle 17:30.

Il lunedì, se hai un test il giorno successivo, puoi chiamarci dalle ore 10 alle 13 e dalle 14 alle 17 nella linea dedicata.

For assistance call +39 050-53 81 777. Phone support is available Monday to Friday from 3:00 to 5:00 pm (Italian time). On TOLC test days, for test takers, it is open from 8:45 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 to 5:30 pm. On Mondays, if you have a test the following day, you can call the dedicated line from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.
